Here’s one for the old digital refrigerator.
Yesterday after my son (age 10 at this posting) and I finished up some collaborative Portal 2 levels he went up to his room. He came down about 10 minutes later with this drawing, and I absolutely love it. We have played the game on and off for a little over a year now, picking up where we last stopped each time. He loves the humor (in case you couldn’t tell from the drawing) and the puzzles. I love the collaboration involved. When we first started playing we would explore a bit and ultimately I would suggest ideas and portal placements to get through. It’s now flip-flopped entirely, with his problem solving skill far surpassing mine. I’m happy to wait for instructions from him as we wrap up the last of the levels. Game on.
